It seems well-made, large enough so that it would probably have fit a larger child (though it was also fine on her). And it is very, very cute. The blond hair is about as it looks in the picture - rather silly, but she liked that too. The hat's tip with the flower hanging off it is just adorable - what a cute hat.">
